Able to run 300 Apartments
ABLE TO:
*Turn Apartments with staff
*Time Manage Your Staff
* Scheduling out The Day for All
*On-Call Rotation
*Capable of Ordering Supplies
*Has Run Software to Help Keep Track of Your Workload
* Snow Removal (with our equipment)
*Take Charge Person
* Must have Minimum of 6 Years Experience.
*Schedule and Execute Yearly Preventive Maintenance
Hours are 8-5 Monday Thru Friday with 1 hour off for lunch.
