Healthcare Consultants Inc. is seeking an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a skilled nursing facility.


The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) will be responsible for the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility. In this leadership role, the LNHA will manage, supervise, and coordinate all facility departments to ensure top quality care, regulatory compliance and successful financial performance.


Responsibilities and requirements:

Overseeing day-to-day operations including but not limited to:

  • Employee relations
  • Medical/Resident care
  • Financial/Bookkeeping records
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with State & Federal guidelines and regulations
  • Monitor and maintain optimal resident census
  • Ensure the well-being and good health of each resident
  • Uphold resident’s rights and ensure the staff comply
  • Hiring, promoting, firing & salary Increases
  • Ability to work with physicians & other health professionals

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Active LNHA license in state of hire
  • 3+ years experience as a successful LNHA
  • Demonstrated history of successful survey
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
