We are looking to fill our front office, Scheduling Coordinator position. We are seeking a team player, with a positive, upbeat, personality, and is interested in a position with an exceptional, family dental practice. The ideal candidate, to join our fast paced, state of the art, dental practice would have the following attributes:

Knowledge in dental terminology and treatment planning

Experience with EagleSoft program, or likeness

Have strong verbal skills and pleasant demeanor

Be forward thinking in matters pertaining to the position

Strong desire in delivering the best patient care

Be a team player, who enjoys working with others

Organized, with attention to detail

Be reliable, and punctual, and self-motivated

The position would be responsible for but not limited to:

Scheduling/Rescheduling patient appointments

Answering multiple phone lines

Confirming doctor/hygiene patient appointments

Collecting patient payment

Running Recare Reports

Transferring documents/records, referrals

Coordinating lab cases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• dental: 1 year (Preferred)
• Eaglesoft: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
