Job description

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of all company equipment, facilities, and grounds. This includes overseeing the development of preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and resolving any operational issues. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will manage and mentor a team of maintenance personnel and ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are completed in a safe and timely manner.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all company equipment, facilities, and grounds.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance personnel to ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are completed in a safe and timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Investigate and troubleshoot operational issues related to maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage the maintenance budget and ensure that all expenses are within approved limits.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of all supplies and parts required for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
