As the Event Coordinator, you are the go-to person for all camp events off of camp! For this logistical heavy position, Camp Winaukee is looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our leadership team and plan, coordinate, communicate and execute all of our camp trips.

Camp Winaukee is a residential boys’ sports camp on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough, New Hampshire. Winaukee offers 4 and 7-week sessions for boys aged 7-15. Primary Responsibilities:

• Be the oracle of all thing trip related – you are the go-to person for knowing, planning, and scheduling the who/what/when/where for both campers and counselors – both on a macro (summer long) and micro level (day to day)
• You will do this by coordinating the logistics of outgoing and incoming trips with our destinations, other camps, our schedule programmer, the medical team, the kitchen team, and counselors and campers
• Build detailed trip sheets using excel
• Communicate with staff to ensure that everyone understands and is clear about the schedule and their responsibilities
• Participate in the daily morning program meeting with Leadership Team to go over daily schedule and problem solve any immediate issues
• Build relationships with our camp community and have a lot of fun!

The event coordinator is vital to the success of camp. It requires a positive attitude, flexibility, navigating a lot of moving pieces, and doing whatever is asked to make camp the best it can be!

Dates: June 5th - August 13th

Location: Moultonborough, NH

Compensation:

• Salary: $2,400 - $3,500 dependent upon experience
• Travel stipend
• Housing and meals included

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
