Key Responsibilities:

• Willing to do hands-on programming every day and as well mentor the team and provide the first level technical guidance to the offshore team as needed.
• Will also be responsible to train new members.
• Assist developers in debugging customer issues
• Follow / Manage Validation schedule base on project demands
• Participate in requirements review, design reviews and related activities in development process
• Work with engineering teams around the globe

Skill Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 13 to 15 years of industry experience in real time embedded systems
• Knowledge of basic DSP theory (IIR/FIR filtering, FFTs, adaptive LMS) is required.
• Demonstrated experience development Algorithms using MATLAB
• Demonstrated experience in writing test code in Python is required.
• Demonstrated experience in C programming is required
• Demonstrated experience with the Subversion version control system is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Model based development and test using Simulink
• Demonstrated experience in software development for a DSP chip (TI or ADI or Freescale) is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• West Bloomfield Township, MI 48322: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
