City Lines Bar and Grill is a two going on three year old american themed elevated casual restaurant with two full bars. We have an outdoor patio "Beer Garden" and our inside bar with smokers patio. Our restaurant is owned, operated, and managed by people who have spent their entire careers in the restaurant industry. We have seasonal cocktail menu changes, which we love to include creations from our bar staff. We consider ourselves a family, and work together as one team. We are constantly trying to find new ways to improve the way we do business and keep up with the new trends in the industry to ensure a great place to work for our employees, and a great place to visit for our guests.

Responsibilities Include:

*Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages *Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks *Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations *Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails *Plan and present bar menu *Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age *Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies *Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience *Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a bartender ( experience is a must). *Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks *Positive attitude and excellent communication skills *Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00 - $50.00/hour.
