Job description
A Service Technician at Preston Ford of Keller performs vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
What to expect in this role:
- Perform multi-point inspection
- Efficiently complete vehicle maintenance and repair needs as outlined on repair order
- Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
- Knowledgeable of factory technical bulletins and recalls
- Attend and participate in factory offered training
- Meet or exceed targeted performance goals
