Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the CEO

Location: Citrus Heights

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to the CEO of our family-owned Assisted Living Company. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Reception

- Manage projects assigned by the CEO

- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

- Answer and screen calls, receive visitors, and respond to inquiries as appropriate.

- Maintain confidentiality of all company and personal information.

- Handle travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for the CEO.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

- Provide general administrative support, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and filing for multiple departments heads.

- Assist with special projects and events as needed.

- Manage confidential records and files.

- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting a CEO or other senior executive.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
