Focus Behavioral Health strives to help every individual we work with reach their full potential, and we are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to work with adults with autism in their home and community.

The BSS would be responsible for working with individuals on a regular basis providing services directly and indirectly. The BSS would create or adhere to the participants Behavioral Support Plan and help the individual's team and family better support that individual.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree (in Education, Psychology or related field), a valid Driver’s License, and dependable transportation, plus clear criminal background checks. Compensation is negotiable.

BSS is part time, but there are additional opportunities that could make this full time.
