Your Responsibilities Include:

• Inspecting equipment for damage and reporting repairs needed
• Loading, unloading, and organizing rental equipment around the yard
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Instructing customers on tool and equipment safety, operation, loading, and unloading
• Recording hours and fuel levels upon rental and return
• Troubleshooting equipment issues for customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting with daily inventory reports for tools and equipment inside the store and outside in the yard
• Scheduling ongoing mainteinance to keep equipment in good working condition
• Conducting regular maintenance and minor repair on rental equipment (changing fluids, replacing filters, ignition replacements, changing hydraulic lines, and replacing starters and alternators on equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, light towers, generators, forklifts, and boom lifts, etc.)
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
• Completing related tasks as assigned

You'll Need:

• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• To be willing to work outdoors in all seasons
• To be able to work Saturdays

We'd Love if You Have:

• Previous mechanical repair experience
• Tool and equipment knowledge

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for the majority of your shift
• Bend, squat, pull, push, and reach throughout your shift

•
