Responsibilities:
- Work with Restorative Team to help our residents achieve their highest level of functioning
- Maintain resident documentation, records and charts to ensure an accurate, up-to-date account of the residents' medical treatments
- Complete treatments following appropriate protocols and use of treatment applications
- Familiarity with wound procedures and medications/ointments utilized in wound care
- Wound measurements and wound documentation on an ongoing basis
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license from the State of Illinois
- Restorative Nursing Certification (required)
- Would Care Certification
- Experience in long term care
