Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator

Type: Contract; For all of 2023

Location: ONSITE( San Francisco, California)

Pay Rate:- $40-$42/ hr on W2

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Managing and supporting all onsite operations of the Mountain View office location:The person in this role will operate as the point of contact for local office needs, escalations, or support, potentially including the following:

◦ Ensuring smooth onsite operational processes (e.g. site access, desk reservations, snacks and beverages, supply monitoring, vendor management)

◦ Addressing any site issues or concerns (e.g. HVAC, repairs and maintenance, janitorial)

◦ Coordinating with local property management team

• Operationalizing Employee and Workplace Experience Programs: The person in this role will be responsible for executing on the Employee and Workplace programs to ensure they operate day-to-day as intended, potentially including the following:

◦ Supporting all offsite event needs and programing

◦ Calendaring, communicating, and executing local and global social connection events

◦ Managing slack and ticket queues (for questions) and approvals (e.g., office access, offsite requests, etc.)

◦ Maintaining accuracy, production quality and retention of any key program materials

• Supporting planning and design for Workplace & Employee Experience programs: The person in this role will be responsible for helping to design and plan for Workplace and Employee Experience programs, potentially including office location support and employee connections. For example...

◦ Developing FAQs, playbooks, and resources for employees

◦ Contributing new ideas to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of service delivery

◦ Providing localized support for leaders and employees on the various Workplace and Employee Experience programs

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Onsite daily, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on business needs

• 3+ years of experience within Employee Experience, Workplace Experience, Office Operations and/or Facilities Management

• Experience successfully organizing, executing, and tracking detailed projects and programs

• Proven track record of exceptional customer service and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

• Good written communication skills

• Self-starter; handles self with minimal supervision and is proactive

• Flexible in the face of organizational change and shifting priorities
