WIRE TRANSFER MANAGER - CITY CENTRE

This full-time position will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers according to internal policy and procedures. This position will create, verify, issue, and receive wire transfer instructions for processing; perform daily callback and account reconciliation activities; monitor the status of wire and funds transfers; investigate and research disputes, and suspicious or fraudulent issues in accordance with state and federal regulations.

The Wire Transfer Manager will provide guidance and direction to the Wire Transfer Clerks and assist the Treasury Services Manager as directed, as well as provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel, and resolve problems within given authority. This position will perform a variety of routine daily tasks; review reports, prepare correspondence; participate in special department projects, and assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations. Other responsibilities include: assisting in the document preparation, implementation, and assistance to customers on Wire Agreements and Resolutions; performing operational support duties of the Treasury Services Department; providing support in all operational functions performed within the Department; and preparing the required Wire Transfer Agreements to support the implementation of the service and maintain those in a secure locked cabinet.

The qualified candidate should have basic experience, knowledge and training of wire transfer activities, terminology, products and services, and a basic working knowledge of Treasury Services products and services; basic knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank policies and procedures, and the Bank's products and services. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, draft reports, correspondence, and procedures, and speak clearly to customers and employees. The qualified candidate will possess at least intermediate skills in computer operation, host computer system, Fedline, and Microsoft Word and Excel. Educational requirements include a minimum of an Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from a 2-year college in preferred area of experience and/or training or eight years related experience and/or training. Work-related experience must consist of cash management or call center support background in the financial services industry. Educational experience, through in-house training sessions, formal school, or financial industry related curriculum, should be applicable to the financial industry.
