Job Summary

IN-PERSON JOB! The Triad Care, Inc. wellness program coordinator(s) will support a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the day-to-day point of contact and on-going relationship manager to businesses around the Triad. Account managers directly support health coaches working in the field. This includes scheduling, inventory maintenance, and coaching follow-up needs. Account managers are responsible for overseeing wellness plan programs, including summaries, scheduling, success stories, and reporting support.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinating Health Coaching Programs: Organizing, scheduling, and communicating dates and times for health coaching wellness visits with client contacts, health coaches and program participants.
  • Client Point of Contact: Function as a point of contact for client needs, with an emphasis on building positive, long-lasting business relationships.
  • Patient Visit Scheduling and Reminders: Contact selected health coaching participants to schedule initial visits, reschedule visits as needed, and contact Triad Care, Inc. clients with a list of non-compliant participants. Send visit reminders to clients, health coaches and participants in advance of visits.
  • Wellness Plan Compliance and Reporting: Generate routine compliance reports and complete necessary follow-up. Coordinate and participate in monthly, quarterly and/or yearly program reporting. Coordinate and facilitate off-cycle health screenings.
  • Quality Assurance and Inventory Management: Perform quality assurance testing on point of care testing supplies; Maintain and disperse adequate inventory for products used for health coaching programs.
  • Remote Monitoring Liaison: Serve as a liaison between health coaching participants and remote blood pressure and/or remote blood glucose monitoring systems. Provide information and education to health coaches working with programs utilizing remote monitoring services.
  • Onsite Support: Provide administrative or clinical support for onsite clinics and events.
  • Data Entry Support: Assist with data entry and entry verification as needed.

  • Ability to consistently, independently produce accurate work.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • Experience in the medical field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Periods of standing, assisting with inventory, packing or clinics.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements

  • Must be willing and able to travel to Triad Care, Inc. events to assist with clinical or administrative tasks.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required.
