We are the North East London Keeping Well Hub. We provide support to NHS and social care staff across the North East London Integrated Care System. This programme will provide our colleagues with much-needed wellbeing support at a time when such support is more needed than ever. We are a diverse team and have a central commitment to engaging with our colleagues from black, Asian and other minority ethnic backgrounds, so cultural sensitivity will be of primary importance. Would you like to be a part of this new dynamic programme?

This is a fantastic opportunity for development; we would especially welcome staff currently on band two and three with clinical experience who may have come from inpatient or community settings. You will be fully supported in your role by experienced clinicians who are eager to support your continued professional development.

You will be on the front line of this programme and will be fully supported by senior clinicians who will be on hand to help you with any challenges you experience. Your main duties will be as follows:
  • Interacting with chat users who access the KeepingWell website.
  • Managing risk and creating safety plans with the support of senior colleagues
  • Signposting chat users to further wellbeing or psychological support as appropriate
  • Supporting with the development and delivery live webinars to groups of staff
  • Escalating chat users to senior colleagues when this support is needed
  • Attending outreach events both in -person across the North East London geography and online.
The Hub operates from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and successful candidates will need to work across this time. This is an agile role; you will be supported to work from home and 25% of your role will be in-person. COVID-19 Vaccination

Probationary Period
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High Cost Area Supplement – London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,108 and a maximum payment of £5,177 per annum).
