As a fast-growing provider of in-home health, we are seeking compassionate and caring Pennsylvania Licensed Registered Nurses, who are sensitive to the needs of others and have a desire to help patients with healing and restoration. As Homeland HomeHealth’s Registered Nurse you could provide direct support to patients where they feel most comfortable, promoting and fostering their healing process. We are seeking someone who exemplifies our passion for caring, who knows how to respond with empathy and kindness, is proficient in managing an efficient schedule, and has prior experience with providing patients with exceptional care.

  • This is a full-time Salaried weekend position.

Provides skilled nursing care to home health patients as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Home Health Care Medicare Conditions of Participation, Pennsylvania Home Health Care licensure laws and agency policies and procedures. Provides the initial and comprehensive nursing assessment of patient needs and collaborates to develop the patient centered, home health plan of care. Implements the plan of care and reevaluates and revises the plan of care relative to the patient’s nursing needs to provide appropriate, comprehensive and responsive goals and interventions. Works closely with the assigned case manager and other members of the health care delivery team to ensure all patient and family care needs are being met. Provides guidance to weekend Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and HomeHealth Aides. Coordinates the weekend schedule, assigning visits to meet the home health patient's needs.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Has minimum of one (1) year general nursing preferred with current home health, medical, surgical or critical care experience.
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
  • Ability to work independently.

Licensure, Registration, and Certification Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements and agency policy.
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
  • Satisfactory criminal background check.
  • Maintains current CPR certification.
  • Access to reliable internet access.
