As part of our enthusiastic, fast-moving Digital Marketing team, the Website Specialist will be responsible for web page and content updates for Associated Bank's website. This includes creation of pages, sections, promo messages, ads, and navigation changes via the Content Management System (CMS). Collaborate closely with line of business partners and IT to ensure relevant assets are modified, tested, and published to the appropriate staging and production environments. Work closely with Google Analytics for the website monitoring and developing dashboards, and reports that feed into the overall Associated Bank website KPI reporting presentations as well as pulling data and assembling presentations regarding campaign level, monthly, and ad hoc reporting. This person will also:

  • Update page code and content in the CMS to reflect regular updates and changes from line of business partners. Work with IT to ensure relevant assets are modified and published to the production environment. Change or update page URLs per request. Delete pages and add/update redirects as necessary.
  • Create new pages, site sections, and navigation changes to Associated Bank's website. Maintain validation/testing process in the CMS to ensure all content is tested and verified.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, set up, and report website tracking for all ads and campaigns. Maintain uniform standards for tracking across all campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage simple to moderately complex site development projects. Gather requirements, scope work involved, modify or add any fields/portion of the text to a particular page involves altering the asset model and template changes, e.g., the disclosure note at the bottom of the page or Promo code to any of the modules in the page.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field of study. Required

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in day-to-day website updates using both the CMS and standard website coding languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Required
  • 2-4 years of expertise in Web Center Sites (Acoustic CMS) specifically. Preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience with best-in-class website project management using waterfall and agile / scrum methodology. Preferred
