3. Ability to work some holidays
Minimum Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned farm
- Able to work every other weekend and holidays
- 9th grade math level, reading and writing skills
- PHYSICAL: Able to lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist occasionally
- Able to wear eye and respiratory protection equipment continually
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with good record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years farm experience
