Job Summary

ClearWater Solutions, LLC (CWS) is seeking a full time dual licensed Water/Wastewater Operator. This position has responsibility for the successful operation of water and wastewater treatment plants.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring, and testing required to maintain compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process and management. Prepare samples for pick up.
• Operates water treatment facility and the equipment to control flow and processing
• Perform daily checks of the water treatment process and periodic checks of pump stations
• Responsible for preventative maintenance of plant treatment equipment (i.e. chlorination)
• Read process / operation meters and gauges, calculate flows, etc and report any anomalies
• Collects and records data in logbook, sends copy of logsheet to main office for reporting purposes
• Reports any facility grounds maintenance needed including but limited to the following: cleaning equipment and tanks, general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, clean-ups, pruning, and other typical landscape maintenance tasks
• Performs other related duties as directed

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum Class C Water Operator and Class C Wastewater Operator Certification required
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience within a water treatment environment
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to work independently
• Strong Work Ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of RO systems preferred not required
