Job description
$500 retention bonus after 90 days of employment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Water extraction
- Pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials
- Light construction, demolition, and cleaning as directed by supervisor
- Complete assigned jobs according to company processes
- Maintain quality control on each job
- Learn the science of structural drying according to IICRC industry standards
- Photograph and document projects during various phases
- Capture measurements and sketch damaged areas of projects
- Set, monitor and document equipment used on projects to ensure its efficient and safe use
· Current Driver's License and clean driving record· Physically fit with ability to lift 60 lbs comfortably and work physically for a full day· Solution-oriented ability with a problem-solving customer service focus· Able to be security cleared through a criminal record check· Able to work scheduled on-call hours conducting intake calls and responding when necessary
