Restoration Technician

Up to $20.00 per hour, based on experience. With on call bonus pay when you are dispatched to an emergency after hours service!

ServiceMaster Restoration by Tekton is growing!

We are looking for individuals to join our Restoration team. At ServiceMaster, you will be part of the industry leader in water, fire, and smoke damage restoration. If you are a hard-working individual looking to join a great team, please contact us immediately.

Our restoration division is growing quickly, and we are adding additional field technicians. As a field technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the project is complete to the customer’s satisfaction
• Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers.

• Maintain a professional image.
• Ensure paperwork standards are adhered to.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned service vehicle or workstation.

• Prepare truck for use the next day.

• Confirm email address with customers for the customer satisfaction survey.

• Complete timecard daily.
• Perform service as requested in warehouse/office/field.
• Attend all scheduled training events.
• Perform all tasks that are required for the job.
• Utilize Crew Helper when assigned.
• Job assignments include but are not limited to specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.

Requirements include:

• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record and pass background check
• Must be available to be on-call after hours for emergency work.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
