Job description

Janitorial services is responsible for taking care of a building’s general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, cleaning toilets, wiping down counters and mirrors and mopping.
• Ensure all bathrooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Emptying trash, dog waste stations and recycling receptacles throughout the park and the core district.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
• Willing to work evenings 2:30-8:00 p.m. and weekend shifts.
• Inspecting playground daily to ensure all equipment is working properly and in safe condition.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance and safety at all times.
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of English language is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. up to chest height and carry 50 yards.
• Drivers license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
