Job Title – Warehouse Operative.
Location – Allington, Kent.

Do you have what it takes for Rapier Employment as a warehouse operative for our brand-new client in Allington?
We are looking for individuals with a passion for work in warehouse environments!

This job will involve

• Picking and packing chilled and ambient items into roll cages with a handheld scanner.
• Loading and unloading trailers.
• General warehouse operative duties.
• Overtime after 40 hours at time and a half!

• Duties will include order picking and packing orders in a temperature-controlled environment
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn and enthusiastic about making a difference.
• Target driven and able to work in a demanding environment.
• Excellent work mannerisms, such as, performance, attendance, reliability, attitude, accuracy etc.
• MHE trained and experienced. (LLOP and PPT) (Reach forklift desirable)
• Relevant warehouse experience.
• Able to always comply with health and safety standards.

Shift times available

• 14:00-22:00 (10% shift premium)
• 16:00-00:00 (20% shift premium)

Please note this is a 7-day operation so you will be required to work any 5 out of 7 days a week.

Pay rates:

• £13.59 (For hours worked between 14:00 – 22:00)
• £14.82 after 22:00 (For hours worked between 22:00-00:00)

Overtime rates

• £20.39 (overtime after 40 hours between the hours of 14:00-22:00)
• £22.23 (overtime after 40 hours between the hours of 22:00-00:00)
