The Freezer Warehouse associate makes an impact by –

• Perform and record all sanitation duties in the freezer warehouse area including MSS tasks, and other housekeeping requirements.
• Proficient in all production communication and computer programs.
• Using the VoCollect system, pick, organize, and verify all required orders.
• Operates and troubleshoots the shrink wrap machines.
• Alerts shipping office of completed trailers and request new trailers.
• Perform all required QA duties including retrieving and store QA samples, performing temperature checks, and placing product on hold.
• Using a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), load, organize and secure all completed orders onto the trailer.
• Using a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), unload and receive inbound deliveries into bay locations.
• Perform basic maintenance duties for all equipment as required.
• Performs all duties within established safety guidelines. This includes but not limited to adhering to Safety in Motion guidelines, LOTO procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, obtaining and maintaining Fall Protection certification, Clarity, BAPP observations and using the correct tools for the task at hand.
• Performs all duties within the established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
• Obtains and maintains all required certification for regulatory compliance.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain certification for all required Power Industrial Trucks (PITs) including all required attachments; and know the hazards specific to the work area.
• Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems
• Accountable to the Turkey Hill Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles
