We’re currently recruiting for 2 x Warehouse Team Leaders covering 6am -2pm and 2pm -10pm to be based at our site in Milton Keynes on our contract with Mercedes.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum plus a £2k shift allowance on late shift. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Lead a team of operatives safely, efficiently and fully compliant with site policies and procedures
• Continually review and suggest improvements to operational SOP’s, training out any changes and ensuring full compliance
• Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve
• Support disciplinary meetings as required
• Contractor call out as required
• Complete all RTW interviews and administration as required
• Support the investigation of incidents as requiredEnsure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environment

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  It’s important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment – no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Supervisory experience or demonstrable experience of stepping up to cover Supervisory role
• Demonstrable experience of working to Objectives/KPI’s
