Summary

Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Warehouse Systems Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the Manhattan WMS in the assembly plant. The analyst will manage system alerts, assist in training operators, print signage, and troubleshoot system issues.

Essential Functions

  • Work and coordinate with varying levels of management
  • Generate and maintain reports
  • Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Lead Hands and give them the information, technology and any material necessary to perform their jobs
  • Troubleshoot various WMS (Warehouse Management System) issues and provide direction as needed
  • Answer phone calls, manage system alerts and emails and direct as necessary

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
  • Intermediate with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; Will be trained on internal Manhattan system
  • 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required
