Job Description:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area - Organize and maintain inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Readjust stock levels as required to meet business demands - Communicate job expectations and coach warehouse workers - Determine staffing hours and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor - Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of MS Office proficiency: Excel, Outlook and warehouse software packages
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Minimum of HS Degree, prefer BS Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration

PREREQUISITE REQUIRED TRAINING/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Supplier is responsible for ensuring that Personnel have the necessary qualifications and certifications required to perform the Work described herein prior to beginning Work, including Ergonomics and any refresher training required to maintain such certifications.
• Supplier is responsible for tracking and will pay for forty (40) hours of training required for the Work per 12-month period including training fees, all training time, and any travel expenses and compensable travel time required to attend training.
• The Client will be responsible for time attending required weekly safety shorts and any additional training that is required for the Work and approved in advance by the Resource Manager.
