Position Summary: Supervises warehouse and/ or production activities and personnel. Assigns staff and monitor the flow of products through the plant.

- Understands the Business Essential Functions:
- Ensures operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming receipts and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Inspects the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment. Communicates the need for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
- Collaborates with other distribution centers and business leaders to ensure coordination of all business.
- Participates in employee safety and plant protection activities.
- Provides leadership, ensures adherence to company practices and procedures, applies corrective action when needed.
- Interviews, trains, and retains staff. Conducts performance monitoring of staff, initiates follow through with disciplinary action when appropriate for the department. - Ability to solve business problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule formats.
- Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the start-up, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.

- Networked printer/ copier/ scanner.
- Google Applications (Chrome, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
- Telephone and Voicemail.
- SPECIFIC SOFTWARE FOR COMPANY
- RF Scangun
- Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV)
- Shrink wrap machine
Educational & Experience Requirements needed:
Preferred High School
Equivalent Certification or License Forklift certification must be obtained upon hire and maintained during employment
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Warehouse experience required. At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred In lieu of the specified education and experience requirements, a proven capability to perform the essential functions of the job, as demonstrated by an equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered
