Job Description:

The Warehouse Specialist will perform a wide range of warehouse functions. Must be a self-starter, able to lift heavy objects, operate warehouse equipment and great communication skills among customers and team members.

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Good communication within White Castle & the community
• The ability to listen and understand information without clarification. The ability to communicate clearly through a variety of channels such as phone, email and in person in order to ensure information is communicated to all necessary parties.

Job Requirements:

• Driver’s License and clean driving record (required)
• Maintain all aspects of shipping and receiving
• Organize and restock storage areas
• Monitor inventory
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Ability to read schedules, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be gathered, distributed and organized.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work later hours in the evening
• Flexibility in task that are given
• Understanding that labor work may be asked of you
• Understanding that you will need to get on roofs, and commercial buildings at times to help crews out

Education:

• No experience necessary, will train
• High School Diploma (preferred)

Job Type: Hourly, non-exempt

Hours/Days: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typical with occasional Saturday, hours may vary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
