Position: Warehouse Operative (Order Delivery)
Contract Type: 36.5hr Full Time (Permanent)
Customer: His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS)
Location: London - HMP Wormwood Scrubs & HMP Wandsworth
Salary: £24,199.50
Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Friday
Hours of Work: Tuesday 11:00-19:30. Wednesday & Thursday 09:00 – 19:30. Friday 07:00-16:00

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a Prison, you will be required to under-go an enhanced DBS check and a 5 year housing and work background check if you are to be successful for this position.

What do we need from you?

• Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders
• Manual handling of heavy boxes up to 20KG
• Ability to grasp a good understanding of operational processes
• Able to communicate at all levels
• To ensure all canteen duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to in order to provide a high level of service is received by the customer.
• Working in compliance to HMP rules and regulations and work instructions
• Full compliance with all Health and Safety regulations. including compliance to all H&S RA's, SSoW and reporting / investigation
