Salary: £10.95 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Patterns:
9am - 5pm - Thursday to Monday
5am - 1pm - Monday to Friday
1pm - 9pm - Monday to Friday

Contract: Fixed term October 2022 - March 2023

Location: Bath, Locksbrook Road, BA1 3EN

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy Warehouse, supporting the Marketplace team in dispatching all our orders on a daily basis. You will make sure that all Marketplace orders are printed, picked, packed and shipped to meet quality expectations and tight shipping deadlines.

As part of our recruitment process, we will be holding interviews which will give you the chance to visit our Warehouse and meet the team!
Positions will commence from October 2022, with contracts likely to finish in March 2023.

When you complete the application form you will be asked to state your preference for the shift pattern you are after. Please note that you will need to be able to commit to the following:

• working during the peak Christmas/New Year period
• a contract for up to 5 months

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack units for our Marketplace orders
• Add tamper proof stickers to our packaged orders
• Bagging and labelling individual units
• Box up packaged goods
• Supporting our wider Warehouse in picking and packing our customer orders during seasonal peaks
• Stock replenishment when required
• Review and log quality checks on packed orders daily
• Monitor and take a lead on all packing equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Make sure packing stations are restocked at the end of shift and that the Warehouse is left in an organised and clean state
• Ensure that all ‘Can’t Go’ stock is back on the shelves before end of shift

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Warehouse / Retail experience
• Ability to work under pressure and keep to strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• High computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft software products
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
