YOUR ROLE

You will either be working a Sunday- Thursday or Monday - Friday shift pattern between the hours of 06:00 and 14:00. In addition, we are offering basic pay at £11.40 per hour, plus an additional supplement of £0.37 per hour for general FLT licences or £0.57 per hour for VNA licenses.


Subject to meeting our qualifying criteria, you will also recieve a £750 retention bonus paid in 2 parts. The first instalment of £350 will be paid on the 21st December and the second instalment of £300 will be paid on the 28th January.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


We are looking for Warehouse Operatives with a strong team ethic and great attention to detail, who will:

  • Collect, pick, pack and deliver goods to locations in an efficient and safe manner, within the timescale set in order to support the operation in achieving the contractual KPIs
  • Prepare products for dispatch and receive returned product
  • Reconcile products with documentation and to load / unload vehicles
  • Operate company equipment in a safe and proper fashion
  • Ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with current legislation, company policies and procedures


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Previous experience in a fast paced warehousing environment
  • High communication skills to effectively converse with colleagues, customers and line leaders
  • Flexibility in working various shifts including rotational, fixed and weekend hours
  • The ability to be able to operate a RDT and computer.
  • High performance working under pressure
  • Team Player


Reach, Counterbalance or VNA licenses are desirable, however, not essential as full training will be provided where required.
