Our Operations team is growing and currently has entry-level opportunities available for Warehouse Associates. This role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining exposure and experience in last-mile delivery operations. Working at the heart of our operations, you will support our Warehouses and Rider Crew to make our delivery magic happen.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for the accuracy of picking and packing the orders sent to our customers
• Ensure the ultimate freshness of the products you are picking
• Ensure picking readiness at all times
• Supporting incoming shipments and inventory management before the opening of the store
• Assist the supervisor with operations as necessary
• Make sure of the cleanliness and readiness of the warehouse for operations
• Ideally, you would like the idea to jump on the bike for some rides if the team needs it

Let’s get right into it. Here's what we need from you:

• Great English communication skills, both spoken and written
• You are detail-oriented and bring a strong hands-on mentality
• Ideally, you’ve gained some previous experience in a similar role (FMCG or Retail is a plus)
• A healthy dose of team spirit and collaboration
