Kelly is currently seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for a temp-to-hire position in the Columbus, MS area. The pay for this position is $18/hr and the shift is 1st.
As a Warehouse Material Handler, your primary responsibilities will include stocking KanBan bins, expediting parts between different areas and buildings, removing dunnage from the production floor, and assisting tool crib attendants. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualified candidates must have a high school education or equivalent, with preferred experience of 1-2 years in warehouse work and forklift experience. Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products are also preferred. The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form in English, attention to detail, and good customer service skills are required.
Physical requirements for this position include being onsite 100% of the time, daily use of vision, hearing, and speaking abilities, daily use of personal computer and office equipment, and the ability to lift up to 30lbs/14kgs. Personal Protective Equipment required for this position includes Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site.
