ServiceMaster Advanced Restorations is a disaster restoration company located in Euless, TX. We specialize in disaster related to water, fire, pack out, mold, textiles and reconstruction. We are the largest ServiceMaster company in the state of Texas, and we are continuing to grow.

Position Summary

This person will be responsible for managing the daily requirements of the warehouse facilities and crew as well as managing maintenance and repair needs of the company's fleet of vehicles. Primary responsibilities include safely leading and managing the warehouse team in the delivery/receiving, material storage, transportation to/from customers and suppliers, material supply for production, assist in risk management and continuous improvement projects. Planning and managing the required maintenance for company vehicles and building facilities, and keeping detailed records of all activities. This position requires a strong sense of ownership for one's work and the willingness to take a hands-on approach in managing their team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team (3-5 employees) to ensure Warehouse, Facility, and Vehicle Fleet maintenance
• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading and document any discrepancies
• Stage paperwork and properly identify products for the next day in designated staging areas
• Monitor use of company vehicles to ensure they are serviced and maintained per requirements
• Maintain warehouse organization in compliance with company standards and perform moderate facility maintenance as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management experience, including forklift operations
• A high degree of personal responsibility and integrity
• Valid, state issued driver's license
• No felonies on background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Forklift Operator
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Software knowledge preferred: MS Excel and Outlook

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Some evenings or weekends as needed
