The role of this person will be to develop day to day operations of the installation/production department.

Duties Include:

- Install knowledge of each project detail – managed through Builder Trend software

- In field & office management of all in house and subcontractor install teams – point of contact for company if there are problems on a jobsite.

- Mange the installation schedule and crew assignments with office manager

- Coordinate schedule/calendar/material order needs with admin support

- Effective and direct communication with sales team and owners

- Responsible for all quality control of installations – including call backs and punch list requests

- Critical Measurement of each job sold for accuracy and to prepare materials list for install

- Safety Officer for the company – enforce all safety and APP company policies with install crews

- Coordinate any job site permit requirements with local jurisdictions when required

- Coordinate any job requiring LEAD safety measures

- Enforce all requirements and track Master Subcontractor Agreement with Subcontractors

- Warehouse organization and receiving with in house crew/office staff

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Knowledge and understanding of general and subcontract documents including architectural and structural drawings and specifications, process RFI's and other correspondence.

- Computer skills and knowledge of Google Docs, Office Suite and Outlook – willing to learn CRM

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of two years related experience in commercial, residential and/or institutional projects (preferably with some in a Project Manager or Project Engineer capacity).

Work Environment

This job typically operates in the field with office work too. This may entail working on ladders, in a job trailer, and/or accessing various areas of the jobsite via scaffolding, lifts or other means to review field conditions.

Physical Demands

- Able to lift 50 – 100 lbs. – whether it is windows, doors, siding, ladders or possible client’s furniture. May also need to lift over your head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,528.00 - $85,695.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Residential construction: 1 year (Required)
