PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within a Prison, you will be required to under-go an enhanced DBS check and a 5 year housing and work background check if you are to be successful for this position.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• You will have overall accountability of the warehouse and for the stakeholders at this prison
• This is a hands off position where you will have a number of direct employees reporting into you
• You will be responsible for strategic planning and continuous improvement on site at the prison
• To comply with all HMP processes with regards to the management and recording of prisoner activity

• A good understanding of operational processes
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Can demonstrate the ability to manage their time effectively and work under their own initiative
