Momentum Building Services is a locally owned and operated company that focuses on commercial and industrial cleaning. We are looking for an organized warehouse/maintenance worker to supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehouse/mainteneance worker will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions.

Warehouse manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities and supplies.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Delivering supplies to necessary accounts.

Warehouse Manager Requirements:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Excellent understanding of warehouseprocedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• MUST HAVE a Valid drivers' license.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong people skills.
• TWIC & OSHA is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklift effectively is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
