Warehouse Janitor needed!

Temp to Hire – Weekly Pay

Pay Rate: $16.00 an hr.

Shift: 5am-1:30 pm Tuesday - Saturday

Overview Of Responsibilities:

· Minimum one year 1 year experience in warehouse cleaning.

· Service, clean, and supply restrooms and empty trash

· Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.

· Sweep, mop and dust warehouse storage areas breakroom, and offices.

· Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

· Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

· Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.

· Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

· Dust and polish furniture and fixtures

· Dust walls, machines, and equipment

· Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks

· Stack debris and trash such as cardboard, tape, shrink-wrap and sticks of paper, resulting from distribution functions. Transport these items by using a pallet jack to a trash compactor and dump.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds solutions.

· Knowledge of the qualities and uses of various cleaning, sanitizing, stripping, and waxing compounds
