Agilix Solutions currently has an opening for a Warehouse/ Cycle Count Specialist in our St. Louis, MO branch. The ideal candidate for this position is a detail oriented-individual with prior inventory cycle counting experience in a warehouse environment. The Cycle Count Specialist is responsible for completing daily scheduled cycle counts, maintaining inventory records by keying/recording count results, and working closely with inventory analyses in resolving variances. In addition, this position assists the warehouse operations team with inventory replenishment and consolidation processes.

This role will report to the Inventory Control Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs daily scheduled cycle counts and audits
• Maintains clear, concise, and detailed records of all counting activities
• Cooperates with Inventory Analysts to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Participates in pick location replenishment and re-slotting activities
• Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize cost effectiveness
• Provides assistance to warehouse operations as needed, including pick/pack activities, location replenishment, and machine operation (fork-lifts, etc.)
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Some college education desired)
• 2+ years Inventory Control/Cycle Count experience in a warehouse/stockroom environment
• Computer literate with experience using systems that support inventory management, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail with strong communication skills
• Ability to perform in a team or group environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate fork-lift and other material handling equipment (training will be provided as necessary)
