Job Summary:
- Coordinate warehouse operations including freight loading and unloading, proper documentation and procedure control.
- Pick, pack and ship orders.
- Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion. Communicate with the Operations team to advise them of material status.
- Assist with shipping & receiving, including sending out items with crews, UPS and Fed-Ex.
- Receive and track materials delivered to the Warehouse.
- Order stock materials and update material tracker daily.
- Pick up material from various carrier warehouses.
- Assure the Warehouse is secure, clean and that all safety hazards are properly identified and reported. Vacuum and wash vehicles, trailers, and equipment as needed.
Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma.
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience, including receiving/shipping experience.
Competencies/ Skills:
- Ability to pass a drug screening and driving record background check. Must have valid driver's license.
- Must possess forklift training, certification preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a box truck, motor vehicle along with pulling a trailer.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of the warehouse operations to ensure operational compliance and correct exception resolution.
- Strong written and oral communication is required. Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift 50-100lbs., able to be on feet for long periods of time.
