THE OPPORTUNITY

The Warehouse Associate ensures our customer success by completing all tasks with accuracy and speed. They have a passion for teamwork, processes adherence, and safety. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for following clearly defined job-aids and meeting attendance goals.

We expect our Warehouse Associates to be:

• Reliable. You do what you say you’ll do.
• Accurate. You perform the job at hand in accordance with our job aids.
• Safe. You don’t compromise the safety of yourself or others.

We expect our Warehouse Associates to possess:

• A knack for process adherence and execution.
• Commitment to greatness with strong values and integrity.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on fulfillment services.
• Previous scanning, shipping, forklift, and order picker (cherry picker) experience is a positive.
