As a Warehouse Associate at CFC, you'll perform a variety of warehouse duties, including packing, materials handling, assembly, and other duties assigned by your supervisor.

What you'll do when you join us:


Perform shipping functions

  • Accurately prepares, picks, packs, and ships materials
  • Quality checks all shipments
  • Processes shipments in the system and schedules pickups
  • Resolves shipping problems as needed

Perform receiving functions

  • Receives, verifies, and records incoming shipments
  • Inspects incoming materials
  • Processes client-returned materials
  • Enters receipts into the database

Maintains accurate inventory systems

  • Organizes inventory using the first-in first-out method
  • Scraps damaged and defective inventory
  • Enters inventory adjustments into the database
  • Cycle counts inventory
  • Assists with physical inventory checks

Perform assembly functions

  • Pull components for assembly
  • Assemble and packs materials by hand
  • Follow established quality control procedures
  • Perform quality checks

Maintain an organized and safe warehouse

  • Replenish flow rack
  • Operate both electric and manual pallet jacks
  • Keep all walkways clear and swept of garbage
  • Keep all equipment and supplies organized and in working order
  • Maintain a safe workplace regarding product stacking and use of hand tools

Provides customer service to internal staff

  • Effectively communicates with the finance department and client-facing staff to confirm order receipt and fulfillment
  • Effectively communicates with event attendees to prepare and schedule conference shipments

Other duties as assigned

Here's what we're looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of warehouse and stock/inventory experience
  • 1+ years of shipping experience, including operating computerized shipping systems such as UPSWorldship
  • 1+ years of demonstrated customer service
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry 40-60 pounds on a regular basis without assistance
  • Ability to use repetitive hand and arm motions including twisting and pulling
  • Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaborate with others
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish a variety of tasks or demands
  • Ability to complete tasks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to use spreadsheets, complex databases, word processing software, and email proficiently

The base pay for this position is $24.00 per hour.
