Trufl is a full-service front of house software that helps restaurants drive more revenue by increasing peak time guest spend. The Trufl platform includes a guest profile CRM system that allows restaurants to create a personalized hospitality experience. Trufl also allows restaurants to manage their waitlist, seated guests, floor plan, and other key operational areas.

The VP of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by providing comprehensive strategies for recruitment, employee experience, professional development, and retention. This role will oversee the full range of human resources functions and develop strategies while implementing programs that inspire, motivate and support our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards.
  • Oversee the organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes
  • Implement and iterate on HR systems and processes to support a rapidly growing workforce
  • Plan employee benefit, payroll, health, and safety programs
  • Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Support our employees with excellent benefits, strong performance & compensation philosophy, and empathetic engagement
  • Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations
  • Develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures to further the company’s goals with a data-driven mindset
  • Set and implement a strategy for our diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Create and deliver weekly briefings to executives
  • Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our employee experience by optimizing internal events, onboarding, communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee interactions
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team
  • Evaluate both short-term and long-range planning for new and existing programs

Desired Experience/Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience working as a HR Director for 7 years
  • In-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal regulations
  • Understanding and experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of all aspects of HR management
  • Experience with HR tools and recruiting software
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Supervisory experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
