Stronger Youth Brands is seeking a VP of Franchise Operations to sit on our Leadership Team and oversee all aspects of franchise operations development, support, and training for our children’s enrichment franchise brands (Soccer Shots & Little Kickers). This position is key in enhancing the experience for the children and families we serve, and the franchise communities we support!

Stronger Youth Brands is seeking a VP of Franchise Operations to sit on our Leadership Team and oversee all aspects of franchise operations development, support, and training for our children’s enrichment franchise brands (Soccer Shots & Little Kickers). This position is key in enhancing the experience for the children and families we serve, and the franchise communities we support!
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to program development (curriculum and coaches training) to systematically strengthen our product and be a top-tier provider in the children’s enrichment space.
- Oversee enhancements and execution of franchise operations resources and education.
- Provide strategic direction to franchise business consulting and support.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of franchise community events (Conventions, New Operator Trainings, etc.)
- Serve on the Stronger Youth Brands Leadership Team!
- At least 10 years' experience in a leadership role
- At least 5 years' experience in franchise support leadership with an established franchise brand
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in developing and executing training programs
- A passion for the Stronger Youth Brands mission
- Capacity to productively drive both strategy & tactics
- Experience leading, growing, and coaching teams
- Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Strong written and verbal communication
