Job description

vision manager Demonstrates and communicates solid working knowledge of optical products, equipment and procedures. Monitors Company and regulatory standards and ensures standards are met for the optical products and services offered and provided. Maintains Company and regulatory (for example, HIPAA) standards for optical prescriptions, insurance verifications and claims, doctor and optician certifications, and Associate training. Evaluates and responds to Customer service concerns, optical merchandise defects, optical equipment malfunctions, and insurance, licensure, and training issues. Monitors and ensures adherence to proper policies and procedures for advising on optical merchandise, filling optical prescriptions, and resolving insurance issues. Customer/Member Centered: Focus on the Customer/Member - Reviews customer/member-focused data and adjusts performance to address findings. Promotes and supports associate efforts to exceed customer/member expectations. Informs associates on how to identify and locate resources to meet the diverse needs of customers/members.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
