As the Video Producer you will partner with the Video Director to meet the various live video production needs for Adult Ministries across the campus including, but not limited to, weekend and midweek services, ministry events and workshops, and outside events. You will also assist with training and management of volunteers in the production ministry. In addition to campus needs, you will participate, as needed and available, with various Willow Central Team campus wide projects including the ideating, implementing and creating phases of content development serving all campuses.

Job Responsibilities

• Support adult services and ministries through the use of well executed and creative live video in both an operating and coaching role. Weekly worship, announcements and message graphic creation are a primary responsibility of this role.
• Work on a team to manage aspects of the video inventory including cameras, camera support systems, graphics machines and other ancillary video equipment
• Contribute to services and large events through brainstorming, R&D and implementation
• Recruit, train and support video volunteers

Preferred Skills and Experience
Skills/Competencies:

• Effective Live Video Directing
• Graphic Creation
• Competency with Photoshop and Propresenter

• Currently, or willing to become, a regular attender at a Willow Creek Community Church campus

Education and Experience:

• College or associate's degree preferred, or commensurate experience
• 2-5 years live video experience
