QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid NJ administrative certification with a Principal endorsement
2. Knowledge and understanding of effective discipline strategies and motivation, curriculum development and program evaluation, child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management, learning assessment and diagnosis, and research related to learning.
3. A personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community
4. Excellent integrity and good moral character and initiative
REPORTS TO: Principal
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 10 months per year, September through June
