In this role, you will lead supply chain and quality functions across the North America Area as it relates to freight, inventory and warehouse management and ensure world class processes with a global reach. As a member of the Area Management team, you will impact the results of the business and influence the strategic direction of the organization.
Expectations
To excel in the role, you should have an extensive background in operational and procurement initiatives leading to improved performance, increased margin and delivering excellent quality. A solid understanding of the business environment, market challenges and emerging trends is essential. As a leader of others, your success is built upon your ability to develop others, engage the team, and deliver the results across multiple disciplines.
To succeed in this role you will need:
At least 10 years of increasingly responsible operational and supply chain leadership experience in a matrixed global environment. The ideal candidate knows how to navigate different cultures, develop talent, influence key stakeholders, and lead complex projects.
